Orders & Payment
- Prices are in USD and may change without notice.
- Placing an order is an offer to buy. We confirm acceptance when we charge your card and send an order confirmation.
- We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order (pricing errors, suspected fraud, out of stock, etc.) and will refund you if we do.
Physical Products
Apparel, prints, and posters ship from our fulfillment partners. See our Shipping Policy and Returns Policy.
Digital Products
- Digital goods (LUTs, presets, screenplays, wallpapers, soundtracks, etc.) are licensed to you, not sold. You get a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use them.
- You may: use digital products in your own personal and commercial creative work.
- You may not: resell, redistribute, share, sublicense, or repackage digital products. You may not use them to train AI models.
- Digital products are delivered by download link after purchase. All digital sales are final — no refunds once the file has been delivered, except where required by law.
Intellectual Property
All content on this site — films, photos, copy, designs, product files, the Grand World Studios name and logo — is owned by Christian Delgrande and Grand World Studios. Don’t copy, reproduce, or repost it without written permission.
User Conduct
Don’t use this site to break the law, infringe someone else’s rights, introduce malware, scrape content, or harass anyone. We can terminate your access at any time if you do.
Disclaimers
The site and products are provided “as is.” We don’t guarantee the site will be uninterrupted or error-free. We don’t guarantee any specific creative result from using our products.
