We stand behind what we make. Here’s how returns work.
Physical Products (Apparel, Prints, Posters)
- Return window: 14 days from delivery.
- Condition: unworn, unwashed, and in original packaging.
- Refund: once we receive and inspect the return, we’ll refund the product cost to your original payment method within 5-10 business days. Original shipping is non-refundable.
- Return shipping: buyer pays return shipping unless the item arrived damaged or we sent the wrong item.
To start a return, email christian@grandworldstudios.com with your order number and reason for return. We’ll send return instructions.
Damaged or Wrong Items
If your order arrives damaged or we sent the wrong item, email us within 7 days of delivery with photos. We’ll replace it or refund you at no cost.
Digital Products
All digital product sales are final. Because digital goods (LUTs, presets, screenplays, wallpapers, soundtracks) are delivered instantly and cannot be returned in any meaningful sense, we do not offer refunds on them once the download link has been accessed — except where required by law.
If a digital file is broken, corrupt, or won’t download, email us and we’ll fix it or replace it.
Custom & Made-to-Order Items
Any product marked “custom” or “made to order” is non-refundable unless it arrives damaged or defective.
Cancellations
Order not shipped yet? Email us within 1 hour of placing it and we’ll try to cancel. Once an order enters production or ships, we can’t cancel it.
